There are no age restrictions for using AlainMails. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts.
It is the user's responsibility to maintain the security of their account, but users may choose not to do so.
AlainMails offers subscription-based services. Users must pay the displayed amount, inclusive of tax, for the services. Payments are processed through Paddle.
Users have the right to cancel subscription within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day after completion of the Transaction. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that user send communication concerning his exercise of the cancellation right before the expiration of the 14 day period.
AlainMails is not liable for issues arising from third-party services (such as Paddle), and errors may occur as per Paddle's terms.
The laws of United States will govern these terms and conditions.
